Finance
All our portable houses are built to order from scratch according to building consent issued by Auckland City Council, the only point of difference they are built on our yard and transported to your back yard or site.
We expect to obtain certificate within three months.
All building consent and CCC have fixed cost of $4K including GST.
YES. All RTGH are ready for occupation upon delivery. You will need power connection, couple of LPG gas bottles for the infinity instant hot water system and water connection.
All our unit comes with macerator pump for wastewater. The pump comes with pipe that needs to be connected at swear intake point.
RTGH partnered with couple of finance companies that can assist you obtaining needed finance for you portable home purchase either thru Personal Loan or standard bank loan. All applications can be made online including uploading needed loan application supporting documents (application link) .

All our range of RTGH can be adapted to solar power (please check this website for more info).
In any case you will need water at standard main pressure to enable hot water system to operate properly, and that can be obtained from many water tank system available in the market.
No, we only supply RTGH with standard toilet and macerator pump. We recommend the installation of septic tank for swear waste in the case of no public waste line connection.
We also recommend compostable toilet to be built and installed separately and away from the main RTGH building similar to portaloo type of unit .
