Finance

All our portable houses are built to order from scratch according to building consent issued by Auckland City Council, the only point of difference they are built on our yard and transported to your back yard or site.

YES. All our RTGH comes with CCC, once we complete your unit construction according to the issued building consent, once we pass final building inspection and after we obtain building inspector sign off, we apply for CCC to Auckland City Council.The CCC proves that your unit was built legally and certified by Auckland Council.

We expect to obtain certificate within three months.

All building consent and CCC have fixed cost of $4K including GST.

YES. All RTGH are fully insulated (under floor, ceiling and wall insulation). They also come with double glazed aluminum windows. All our RTGH are build on galvanized steel skid, with steel framing and color steel cladding.
Our RTGH is consented and certified, but you may need building consent from your local council if you elect to fix your unit permanently and carry on foundation and drainage work. We do advise all our clients to contact their local authority and seek advice and do a proper due diligence .

YES. All RTGH are ready for occupation upon delivery. You will need power connection, couple of LPG gas bottles for the infinity instant hot water system and water connection.

All our unit comes with macerator pump for wastewater. The pump comes with pipe that needs to be connected at swear intake point.

You can arrange your own transport company, otherwise we are happy to assist by obtaining transport quote for you. Our transport provider charges $135/hour for non-complicated delivery. Delivery can cost much more if help of long retch Crain is needed, or fencing removal needed...
You can choose cladding color, aluminum windows color type of flooring... you can add power points or heat pump, deck and pergola. At RTGH we have a large range of consented architectural design options for you to choose from. Any structural changes to our government approved designs won't be possible as that will prevent us to obtain building consent or code of compliance.

RTGH partnered with couple of finance companies that can assist you obtaining needed finance for you portable home purchase either thru Personal Loan or standard bank loan. All applications can be made online including uploading needed loan application supporting documents (application link) .

Rent to buy is another term of finance, it's easier and better outcome to make an application for finance to buy .
Yes we offer 5 years warranty for all our RTGH range. All appliances and sanitary items, flooring as per manufactures warranty that will be provided to the purchaser once portable home delivered.

All our range of RTGH can be adapted to solar power (please check this website for more info).

In any case you will need water at standard main pressure to enable hot water system to operate properly, and that can be obtained from many water tank system available in the market.

No, we only supply RTGH with standard toilet and macerator pump. We recommend the installation of septic tank for swear waste in the case of no public waste line connection.

We also recommend compostable toilet to be built and installed separately and away from the main RTGH building similar to portaloo type of unit .

No all our units are on galvanized steel skid.
No all our units are built on our yard in Auckland and transported to your site.
